Ordering, Shipping, Payment and Returns

Ordering and quotations

Not through an online checkout. The website is a catalogue of Label Abha Jindal's work; every order is placed through a personal enquiry — on WhatsApp at +91 62933 39880, by phone, by email at contact@abhajindal.com or at the boutique — so that the size, pieces, price and timing are confirmed for your Thakurji / Deity.

Dispatch and shipping within India

Ready pieces are dispatched within 24 hours of full payment (Sundays are not counted); custom pieces add 2–3 days of making.

International shipping

Label Abha Jindal ships across India and to all countries through partners such as FedEx and DHL; many overseas clients choose delivery to a relative in India; any customs duty abroad is paid by the customer.

Shipping charges

GST and shipping are additional. The customer pays shipping to receive an order and to return a piece.

Payment

UPI, bank transfer, debit and credit cards and international transfers accepted; full payment in advance; orders shipped within India or abroad are dispatched once payment is received.

Returns and refunds

Each piece is made to your Thakurji / Deity's measurements, so returns are rare. If you are not happy, inform Label Abha Jindal within 48 hours of delivery and send the piece back straight away; the boutique takes it back and refunds 100% of the price. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and for a festival order the return must be made before the festival date.
